Organisation
User Profile and Organisation Profile are accessed from your name at the top right of the portal.
Only an Administrator User has Organisation and User Management Access.
Edit Organisation Details
Select the ORGANISATION tab to access the organisation information. This also includes the Organisation User details
Select the Edit button to update the organisation details
All fields can be updated. The Name, Email and Landline fields are mandatory. Click Save to update the details.
Add User
Select the + Add User button to add a new user
Complete all of the fields in the dialogue box.
The User is assigned a Role for the organisation – either as a User with no access to manage the Organisation or as an Administrator with full access to manage the Organisation.
The User is assigned a Status – either Approved allowing login access to Vessel-Check and your Organisation or Pending / Revoked / Disabled which removes access to the portal for the User.
Edit User Details
Select the 3 vertical dots on the right of the User to access the menu
Select Edit Details to Update the User Details
The User Role for the organisation can be changed – either as a User with no access to manage the Organisation or as an Administrator with full access to manage the Organisation.
The User Status can be changed – either Approved allowing login access to Vessel-Check and your Organisation or Pending / Revoked / Disabled which removes access to the portal for the User.
Remove User
A User can be removed from an Organisation. Select the 3 vertical dots on the right of the User to access the menu.
Select Remove User.
Select the Remove button to confirm the deletion of this User’s profile.
